Experience one of the most authentic and technical hunting experiences in northern Spain. The Cantabrian Chamois, the smallest subspecies of chamois in the world, inhabits a humid, rugged, and ever-changing territory, where the mountain demands constant attention and absolute respect.

THE HUNTING EXPERIENCE

An expedition designed for hunters looking to complete their high mountain collection and live an experience deeply connected to the environment.
From your arrival in northern Spain, everything is prepared so you can focus solely on the hunt:

  • Airport pick-up

  • Transfer to the hunting area

  • Accommodation in a 3–4 star hotel

  • Personalized planning with Cantabrian chamois specialist guides

During 2–3 hunting days you will traverse:

  • Humid forests and beech woods

  • Rock faces and gullies

  • Mountain passes swept by fog

The hunt is conducted via stalking, technical and demanding, adapted to the terrain and weather (medium-high difficulty).

“Here the mountain changes in minutes. And the hunter must change with it.”

 THE CHALLENGE

The Cantabrian Chamois is fast, discreet, and extremely adapted to a closed and vertical environment.
Hunting it requires:

  • Excellent reading of the terrain

  • Taking advantage of brief visibility windows

  • Quick decisions in changing conditions

“You don't just hunt with your legs.
You hunt with your head.”

Furthermore, the Cantabrian chamois holds a special place for the international hunter:

  • It is essential in the world chamois collection

  • It is part of the Capra Slam

  • A small piece in size, but great in hunting value

“A species that cannot be missing from any serious tour of the European high mountains.”
